In her latest update, the mother of three shared the skincare routine she’s been following since welcoming her third child with husband John Legend to repair her recovering body.

Whether it’s dealing with period-related issues or postpartum skin, Teigen’s skin isn’t always perfect. However, the supermodel remains consistent in doing whatever it takes to keep her skin feeling cared for, often giving anyone interested a few pointers.
So when she uploaded a video of herself using her skin care routine on her bare face, fans got excited. With her hair still wet in a pink towel turban, Teigen dried her face with a white towel and applied a serum, which she held close to the camera to highlight.
Next, she applies retinol, also known as vitamin A, before applying a small amount of her moisturizer to her face and neck. Teigen paid tribute to her husband by gently spritzing his creation toner, Loved01, on his face, neck and chest.
After fanning her face with both hands and smiling at the camera, the “Cravings” author swept her brows and finished with a swipe of lip balm. The “Bring the Funny” judge wore a white robe over a black top for the process, which she described in an Instagram caption:
“Everyone* has been asking me about my post-baby skincare routine! my skin is still finding its way so I calm down with a few of my favorites that I use every morning.”
As expected, the routine got fans talking in the comments section as one credited it for showing “real skin texture!!!!” with their wish that “everyone will do this!” “Thank you for being real and yourself. The world needs more women who speak the truth and are honest about life, and the challenge whether it’s good or bad,” wrote another fan.
Meanwhile, a third advised Teigen to apply “oil last to seal in all the moisturizer” because “putting oil first after washing your face is like putting on a shield to block out all the good stuff in your moisturizer.”
The “Lip Sync Battle” alum previously gave her nearly 41 million followers a glimpse into life as a mother of three with various Instagram Story updates. The Blast notes that the 37-year-old’s Story is a video of him breastfeeding his newborn daughter, Esti Maxine, while his second son, Miles Theodore, raps some numbers behind him.
In the next clip, the four-year-old shyly looks at the camera as he continues to count before looking away. His expert-level skills in counting delighted his mother, and he smiled tiredly at the camera.

While one image shows the dark-haired beauty and her pals posing in a home theater in their matching robes, one clip features her parting her robes to give a peek at her perfect legs.
Teigen used another photo to show off what the home theater looked like before guests arrived, with each seat wearing an orange robe. The 37-year-old positioned herself in the center of the room wearing a fluffy pink robe and slippers. He wrote in part in the caption:
“Best Galentine so far! I honestly love Valentine’s Day because of course I love my husband, but we can say it every day to each other (I know) – it means more to me to have the women who add so much to my life in one room so I can celebrate them** (** by watching male strippers and eating spaghetti).”
