The pregnant model, 36, shared her new fake grass with her fans on Instagram and the comments section was filled with positive and negative thoughts about the change.

Teigen captioned her post, which included two photos of her lounging on her new fake grass, “just got into the office! I am allergic to grass so this is very exciting for me. Tea parties and picnics galore!! (never wear this robe)” and fans jumped into the comments section to voice their thoughts.
Some of her followers were only focused on her beautiful robes. Hulu wrote, “can we get matching robes together?” Another follower added, “Live for the content of this robe. Also the best cape ever. Wear mine every day.” Another wrote, “I have silk and teddy. Wear them all day every day. The new red is so DELICIOUS?”

Her Instagram Post Gets Mixed Reviews About Real vs. Fake Grass
Some people weren’t thrilled with the change telling Teigen that it’s a bad move to swap out real grass for fake. One person expressed concern that the post would inspire many others to do the same, saying, “There are too many living and natural plant alternatives to grass.. that are not good for the natural environment. Moss, clover, creeping thyme, etc. I really hope this doesn’t inspire a bunch of people to cover their yards with plastic.”
A follower left a link explaining the dangers of artificial grass in an attempt to help others. And another added, “That stuff is loaded with PFAS (epa says there is no safe amount to disclose) and chemicals. You might want to think again. But while some had negative things to say about the change, many of Teigen’s fans had positive thoughts to share. A few people stated that they also suffer from grass allergies and the trade-off makes sense. “Ah, I guess that’s how it looks—-I’m allergic to grass too and people always think I’m joking,” one comment read. Another follower could really relate to grass allergies and commented, “And here I thought I was the only freak allergic to grass!!! Like 15 different types of grass!?”
Some people have positive thoughts about turf. One person wrote, “I have grass and it’s life changing, love it! The only thing that sucks is that during the summer it gets a little hot, but it’s not the end of the world. Another added, “Weed is the best thing ever! We love us too! Teigen and husband John Legend are getting ready to welcome a new baby. The couple are parents to Luna Simone, 6, Miles Theodore, 4, and their son Jack who they lost at 20 weeks pregnant. Teigen announced her pregnancy on Instagram in August with the caption, “The last few years have been an emotional blur to say the least, but joy has filled our homes and hearts again. 1 billion shots later (on the legs lately, as you can see! ) we have another one on the way.”
