A “Moonbump” is a fake belly that someone wears to make them look pregnant. According to their website, they are “made to order fake pregnant bellies.”
Talk of a moonbump started in Chrissy’s Instagram comments section after she shared a cute photo of her daughter, Esti Maxine.
One person wrote, “So cute! ❤️Who is his replacement?”
A true Chrissy fan responded writing, “She has no replacement ?.”
“Well… actually Chrissy was born a boy. During her ‘pregnancy’ they used something called a moonbump. If you’re not familiar with moonbump, just Google it. I’m a big Chrissy fan,” the person who asked about the replacement responded.
Chrissy saw this and shared it on her Instagram Story.
“Obsessed with this comment,” she wrote in Stories.
Chrissy Shares Candid Photos From The Delivery Room!
She followed it up with a photo straight from the delivery room right after giving birth to Esti.
Chrissy captioned the photo, “A very realistic ‘moon moon’.”
It’s highly unlikely that she let the comments bother her, as earlier this year she admitted she no longer cares what other people think of her.
Speak to Many peoplehe said, “It’s easy in terms of confidence, and honestly, a lot of the time, confidence is everything with it. You’re not so worried and worried and you’re not worried about what other people are saying.”
She shares Luna, Miles and Esti with her husband, John Legend.
They welcomed their newest bundle of joy on January 13.

Legend confirmed the arrival of their sweet baby girl during a private concert telling fans, that they welcomed a “little baby this morning” and that although she “didn’t get much sleep” she was feeling “energetic” after spending “a lot of time” in the hospital.
Teigen considers herself a seasoned pro at this point.
“You don’t get parenting advice from everyone like you used to,” she admits. “I don’t accept being humiliated about anything. A lot of people think they’re experts at everything, but when you have three things like that, you know [what you’re doing].”
While social media can make parenting visible, it’s far from it for Teigen and Legend.
“I mean, we’ve seen everything happen. We’ve dealt with the stitching. We had toes almost ripped off. We have broken bones. We’ve seen it all. It doesn’t matter,” revealed the author of the cookbook.
Teigen keeps it very real on Instagram and shows all aspects of her life as a mother of three.
Conceiving Esti wasn’t easy and took Teigen several rounds of IVF.
This new IVF cycle comes after Chrissy and John Legend lost their son Jack. The baby boy died at birth in September 2020.
