It’s safe to say that “like mother, like daughter” perfectly describes Chrissy Teigen and her seven-year-old daughter Luna, who is now walking in the footsteps of foodies.
Teigen and her husband of nearly a decade, John Legend, share the toddler along with two other children — a son, Miles, born in May 2018, and a baby girl, Esti, welcomed this January.
Most recently, Luna seems to be filling her mom’s shoes perfectly in the kitchen as she was seen baking some delicious cookies, sure to delight fans of the cute family.

Teigen proudly showed off her baby girl, busy with cookie dough in their state-of-the-art kitchen, on her Instagram Stories, revealing her meal plan for a family dinner.
The budding chef was pictured kneeling on a marble counter surrounded by kitchen utensils, including batter from her mother’s brand Cravings, several colorful bowls and a tray with some round cookie dough.
During filming, the seven-year-old said, “My mom was out of town, so I took over the kitchen and made cookies for dinner!” He then scooped the cookie dough onto the tray in front of him.
After that, Luna, who was sporting a white blouse tucked into tight jeans and paired with dry black boots, was caught walking towards a low table on the other side of the kitchen where her brother was.
He placed a plate of cookies in front of him and announced, “Miles, dinner is served,” prompting the 5-year-old to laugh before looking at the person behind the camera and then staring at the delicious-looking snack.
“@cravingsbychrissyteigen” was tagged in the post, similar to a subsequent clip showing Luna in the kitchen again with cookie dough but in a different outfit. She wore blue jeans but opted for a long-sleeved purple blouse and was videotaped saying, “The bowl is back on the Cravings website” in a singsong voice, referring to the multicolored bowls around her.

The seven-year-old broke the egg using the edge of one of the bowls before pouring it into the bowl and stirring it. Not only is Luna a genius with cookies but she also seems like the perfect big sister, which Teigen couldn’t help but flaunt in March.
The cookbook author posted an image of the child taking on the role of her older sister when asked to look after the house in her mother’s absence. The first slide features Luna in a long pink floral dress, carrying the awake baby Esti in her arms. Esti wearing a brown onesie looks calm.
In the following slide, Miles is seen with Luna, and they both have umbrellas and rain boots, while in the third shot, the sisters hang out at the kitchen counter. Miles styled a long-sleeved green sweater with denim as he joined his sister in making cake batter in a large bowl.
The result of their cooking adventure is captured in the closing slide as Luna smiles cutely at the camera while holding out a tray of chocolate cake with green topping.

The sweetness did not go unnoticed by fans as they praised Luna for doing her job well with her children. One commenter exclaimed, “Love this!!! He learned from the best obviously, so happy for you all.” Another said, “Gives off the ultimate big sister vibe, It’s a great club to have.”

Like Luna, Miles once amazed his parents by achieving incredible feats that Teigen couldn’t help but share with her millions of followers.
As The Blast reported, he shared a video of the 5-year-old reading from the book titled “Are You My Mother” and explained in the caption that he read the entire book to her and Legend.

The former “Lip Sync Battle” co-host also mentioned that they used to read to the youngster every night, but he never read more than “the name of a dinosaur and a word here and there.”
Surprisingly, he decides to show off his reading prowess, impressing his parents and which his mother believes he has been hiding. Nevertheless, he noted that it was a “wonderful first book” to read.
