Career
Christian Eyenga has been playing professional basketball since 2006 and continues to do so. He started playing professionally before being drafted by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2009 NBA Draft. Before the 2010 NBA draft, he played for Onatra Kinshasa and DKV Joventut.
On July 23, 2010, he signed a two-year, $2 million deal with the Cavaliers. He was sent to the Erie BayHawks of the Cavaliers NBA Development League after signing a contract. On January 2, he made his Cavaliers debut against the Dallas Mavericks, scoring 4 points and grabbing 3 rebounds. He joined Joventut Badalona in Spain during the 2011 NBA lockout in October 2011. He was traded to the Los Angeles Lakers on March 15, 2012, but was later traded to the Orlando Magic on August 10, 2012.
To play in China, he was released by the Legends and rejoined upon his return from China. In China, he represents Shanxi Zhongyu. He went to Poland on 25 July 2013, to join Stelmet Zielona Gora, then he signed with another Polish club, Turow Zgorzelec, in September 2014. On 12 November 2014, he signed a one-year deal with Italian Serie A side Pallacanestro Varese. On 10 July 2015, he signed a contract with Dinamo Sassari for the 2015–16 season before joining Auxilium CUS Torino for the remainder of the season.
