Former feuding couple Christina Hall And Ant Anstead finally agree on something!
Since April of this year, they have been engaged in a fierce custody battle, and it looks like it will continue into the new year as each side refuses to give way to the other. Recently, it seems that all has changed, as it has been revealed that they have reached a new agreement, and the case will not go to trial.

When the two divorced after three years together in 2020, they signed an agreement to share joint custody of their son, which worked out for both of them until the TV host decided to cause a stir by filing for full ownership.
According to court documents obtained, California Superior Court Judge Lee Gabriel signed off on an agreement the former couple made on November 18 to continue to have joint legal and physical custody of their three-year-old son. This agreement is the original agreement they signed when their divorce was finalized in 2021.
Documents filed by Hall’s attorneys contain a vacation schedule approved by the couple with a few “exceptions.” It reads – For Thanksgiving, Hudson will be with his mother for even-numbered years and with his father for odd-numbered years from the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to the following Monday.
For Christmas, he would stay with Anstead in odd years — 23 to 25 — plus a week off during his school holidays as long as Hall was given a written note for the holiday planned on or before December 1 of that year and vice versa.

The same pattern will be used on other holidays such as Easter Sunday — even years for Anstead and odd years for the reality TV star — and then reversed on the 4th of July. The document also reads that Hudson will remain the star of “Wheelers or Dealers” in even-numbered years and with Christina in odd-numbered years for Halloween.
Due to their settlement, the trial date set for next year in March was cancelled. While both camps have declined to say anything about recent developments, Anstead’s change of heart may have something to do with him recently closing the lid on some of the allegations made against him.
In May, The Blast shared that the 43-year-old responded to a comment under a photo he posted. While spending time with her children on a trip to England, the “For the Love of Cars” co-host cheered on her older children, Amelie, 17, and son Archie, 15, as they played sports.
He captioned several images and videos, “Run to Blighty. Invited by my mum, Archo cricket game yesterday, bullet rugby game today, and beautiful British weather. Time for Sunday roast ?x.”
One user pleaded with him not to “separate Hudson from his Mom. You’ll never forgive yourself, Ant,” to which the motoring expert replied, “Huh? Who told you? That’s the LAST thing I want! (Don’t believe the clickbait press) x. “

The mother of three is fed up with the assumptions surrounding her social media posts and decided to set the record straight one last time. She vehemently defended herself via a “Public Service Announcement” on her Instagram, stating that she was only going to address the topic one last time because of the confusion over her son’s photo on her page.
Hall admitted that she was never told by anyone, including a judge, that she couldn’t post her baby boy, adding, “I CHOOSE and CHOSE not to post Hudson because I’m tired of Instagram being used as a tool against me.”
The “Flip Or Flop” co-star made it clear that her problem or decision had nothing to do with paid ads, writing, “It’s about CONTROL. There are so many things I’m not ok with anymore. Instagram has been used as a tool against me to judge the type of mother I am , and I’m sick of it.
The Anaheim native shared that she stopped after realizing every picture posted of her son was a screenshot for dissection. He ended his words by asking the “know-it-all” to return to his page.
