Christina Hall Reveals Future Settlement Plans With Husband Josh Hall
The star, who often moves between California and Nashville, is eyeing a new location. Being in the public eye for so long may have lost its appeal for him as he recently shared with PEOPLE his plan, which is far different from his current living situation.
The 39-year-old recently bought a vacation home in Tennessee and noted that he likes how “the combination of having privacy and the family values of people there feels very different.” Speaking further, the Anaheim native said:
“The best. It is definitely where we will retire. I like to do the opposite [of what I do now]: I want to live there full time and then have a cute little beach cottage in California, in La Jolla, that we go back to.”

Although their main residence is in Newport Beach, California, the house in Tennessee is set for their golden years. As for what still keeps her sane, the HGTV star noted that her kids are now still in high school.
So the “ultimate plan” is to move and settle down after they get out of school. The couple are serious about this new development as the new series also follows them as they adjust to their new lives while growing their home remodeling business. The designer elaborated further, saying, “I’ve been in California my whole life, and this is really a new beginning.”
Christina, who shares two children, Taylor and Brayden, with her first husband, Tarek El Moussa, and Hudson, with her second husband, Ant Anstead, revealed that they have already started adding some things to their new home.
Forever a country girl, some changes include chickens on the property and soon to have a donkey and mini goats. Aside from being cute, the larger animal’s purpose is to “keep the chickens safe and control foliage on the property.”
The judge of “Brother vs. Brother” also stated that an important factor in the relationship between her and her husband is that they work well in marriage and business. In his own words:
“We have a true partnership, true teamwork. We have the same goals as far as what we want for our future and our finals.”
He added that although the 41-year-old had previously lived in Texas and California, he had deep Southern values and was an asset when dealing with his two sons because it took them out more often.

The entrepreneur also mentioned how they admired their stepfather whom he watched cutting down trees and working on their farm house. Seeing him engage in physical activity gets the boys excited to get involved as he points out that Hudson especially will follow Josh, asking, “Hey, what are we doing now? What can I do to help?”
‘Christina on the Coast’ Star Hopes About Third Marriage With Josh Hall
Right after her second marriage to car enthusiast Ant Anstead ended in 2020, the mother-of-three didn’t take too long to find a new man. Following what many would call a whirlwind relationship with the ex-cop, the couple got engaged in 2021, and fans began to wonder when they would officially tie the knot.
The answer came surprisingly indirectly via the star herself during the season premiere of her eponymous show. The Blast shared that the “Flip or Flop” co-host kicked off the new season with a bang when he revealed that they were legally married a few months earlier.
At the beginning of the episode, the fitness enthusiast held up her ring finger to show off a beautiful piece of jewelry while saying, “There’s something I need to tell you. We’re just doing it modestly, and we’ll have a party later.”
He optimistically stated to his friend and property manager, James, “This is it. Third time’s the charm.” The author of “The Wellness Remodel” revealed that she did it quietly because she craved privacy and would later have a more festive party for family and friends.
