Being one half of City Girls isn’t enough for Yung Miami, she wants to take over the world like mogul Oprah Winfrey. Yung Miami, aka Caresha Brownlee, talks to XXL how big his dream grew. “People just love to hear me talk, you know?

The rapper referred to his popular podcast, “Caresha Please” the new show is popular among his fans and it all happened as a coincidence.

“Whenever I speak or whenever I go [Instagram] Immediately, it went viral. So, one day I was talking to Diddy and he was like, “Yeah, [you] should do a podcast. It’s going to be good for you,” and that’s how it works,” Yung Miami said.

He knows that it can be very successful so when asked what his long-term goals are, he’s pretty crazy with his answer. “I want to be like—I think she has a podcast now—someone like Wendy Williams. I dream big. I want to go to the highest of the highest. I want to be the Black Oprah.”

Twitter Won’t Let Yung Miami Win

“You’re laughing bro.,” “Not Oprah is black like Oprah isn’t black yet”. Some think it’s a perfect idea, “Yung Oprah” they tout. “Oprah opened a whole school in Africa for girls to get an education and you guys are all here slandering her like this,” said another.

Now ‘Black Oprah’ is trending

“Caresha saying “I want to be a black Oprah” is hilarious to me,” said one follower of the trend. “He said what he said and he meant it! we need a black Oprah!” Others believe that Oprah is not for black people and hope that Caresha will take her place.

“I think caresha is making a political statement by calling herself “Black Oprah”, in her analysis she shows the conflict of identity between the billionaire in the Black experience & because of Winfrey’s place in the capitalist scheme, she lost her Blackness. card!”

A lot of Twitter thinks Yung Miami is stupid. “I know Caresha is a bit slow but I don’t think she is that slow. “Black Oprah” really?”

Most people send subtle shade by simply stating, “Y’all know what Caresha means when she says “Oprah is black.”” At this point, we’re only here to comment because the back and forth is hilarious!
