Collection of 22 ‘highly rare’ luxury cars, including Porsches and Ferraris, found in old warehouse

Luxury car enthusiasts are in a frenzy over the incredible discovery of 16 Ferraris and 6 Porches in an old warehouse in Belgium.

The owner of a warehouse in Brussels found the 22 luxury vehicles and contacted Oldtimerfam, a car collecting organization, to appraise the cars.

“It’s a very rare load of Ferraris and Porsches,” classic car expert Xavier Molenaar told Jam Press.

All the cars were wrapped in car covers and appeared to be in great shape, Molenaar said.

Among the treasures was a large number of Ferrari Testarossas, he said. Testarossas were produced between 1984 and 1996, with used models selling online for as much as $180,000.

The most common vehicles in the collection are Ferrari Testarossas. Jam Press/@oldtimerfarmbv A yellow Ferrari F512M, of which there are probably only 10 in the world, was found in a warehouse. The car expert said different versions and colors of the vehicle were found, according to Oldtimerfam.

A few Porsche 911s have been spotted in Turbo and “S” models – newer versions that sell for up to $250,000.

Most of the vehicles in the warehouse are rare, Molenaar said.

“Although these models have disappeared from the streets and have been the subject of intense searches by collectors, they are occasionally found at exhibitions,” he told Jam Press.

The rarest car in the collection is the Ferrari 365 GT4 BB — built in the 1970s. A model sold at Sotheby’s in 2022 for $276,000. Another rare find is the Ferrari 550 Maranello.

The warehouse also contains a Ferrari F512 M in yellow – rumored to be only 10 ever made, according to Molenaar.

“In this exceptional and unrestored condition, it may be the only one in the world,” he said.

All 22 vehicles have been moved to the Oldtimerfarm in Aalter, Belgium – where they will be fully restored and then put up for sale, according to Oldtimerfam.
