Connecticut man charged with filming boy in Disney’s Grand Floridian bathroom

A Connecticut man has been arrested for filming a 10-year-old boy in a Disney resort bathroom while his unsuspecting parents were eating dinner, police said.

Authorities say the child, from Georgia, entered a restroom stall at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa in Orlando.

At one point, he saw a phone rise above his divider that appeared to be recording him.

The boy went and told his parents, and his angry father immediately went with the victim to confront Clayton Snider, 22, of New Haven, Connecticut.

The father later told police that Snider was loitering in front of the urinal and not using the toilet, according to the police affidavit.

Snider repeatedly denied taking photos or filming the child, and left the restroom.

The boy’s mother called the police and asked to see Snider’s phone, but he refused.

He then offered to show it to the victim’s relatives, but they suspected he had deleted the offending material.

Snider agreed to allow arriving officers to unlock and inspect his device.

After failing to find anything suspicious, they examined his recently deleted and hidden folders.

The search revealed video of the victim, police said.

The footage made it clear that it was taken from an elevated position, according to authorities.

“The young man was wearing ankle-length shorts and a blue shirt,” according to a police report seen by The Post.
