A Connecticut mother was arrested and charged with driving under the influence as she dropped her son off at high school Monday, authorities said.
Christina Morrissette, 33, of Mashantucket, was arrested shortly before noon when police were alerted to an intoxicated person at Ledyard Middle School, the Hartford Courant reported.
Morrissette allegedly entered the parent drop-off area and began “behaving erratically” while dropping off her child, the outlet said, citing school officials.
Morrissette later failed several field sobriety tests and was charged with driving under the influence and risk of injury to a minor.
His bond was set at $7,500, the Hartford Courant wrote.
The Ledyard Police Department did not immediately respond to The Post’s request for comment on the case.
