Conor McGregor: “Thank God, It’s Not My Time

The MMA Fighter went viral on social media on Friday, shortly after the horrific incident took place.
“Hit the car from behind,” he wrote in an Instagram post, along with a photo of his bike in the middle of the road. “Sun trap, the driver can’t see me. Wholeheartedly go through me.”
He continued, “Thank God, it’s not my time. Thanks wrestling and judo too. Being aware of the landing saved my life. ?”
A video was also included in the Instagram post following the accident, which showed McGregor still trying to wrap his head around what had just happened and the aftermath of the accident.
The driver can be heard apologizing to McGregor, to which the MMA fighter assures the driver “It’s all good, it’s all good.” “Don’t worry,” he added when talking to the driver.
Fortunately, McGregor escaped with little to no injuries, just some ripped pants. “I might be dead in there, man, look!!” McGregor said in the video before adding, “Jesus Christ … I think I ran away with my life, right there.”
At this time, it is unclear whether McGregor will press charges or if the police will be involved. It’s also unclear if the MMA fighter has suffered any injuries that might not be visible to the naked eye — although it appears McGregor was lucky to walk away with just a tear in his pants.
Conor McGregor Accused of Assault

A woman has come forward accusing MMA fighter Conor McGregor of assaulting her while on a yacht in July 2022.
According to the Majorca Daily Bulletin, the woman claimed the incident happened while on a yacht after they left the nightclub. On the way to the yacht, the MMA fighter reportedly began insulting the woman’s appearance before he kicked her in the midsection and punched her. The woman later said McGregor threatened to drown her.
“All his behavior changed at that moment,” the woman said in her statement before telling Irish police that she had to flee the scene by jumping off a boat because she was “fearing for her life.”
However, Conor McGregor denied it ever happened. “Mr. McGregor is adamant in his denial of all allegations made by guests on his boat,” Karen Kessler, Conor McGregor’s spokesperson stated.
This isn’t the first time MMA fighters have had trouble outside the Octagon. In 2019, McGregor punched 50-year-old Dubliner Desmond Keogh in a Marble Arch pub, which was caught on video.
McGregor pleaded guilty to assault and paid a €1,000 fine over the incident.
