A Seattle driver is wanted after they were filmed intentionally hitting two pedestrians a block apart, as passengers in the car laughed about it and encouraged them to “hit this bitch.”
Surveillance footage released by the Seattle Police Department shows a vehicle appearing to swerve to directly hit a woman crossing the street at 1:50 a.m. on Nov. 26.
Multiple people can be seen running to help the unidentified victim before a car pulls up — and the driver gets out and takes the woman into the passenger seat before driving away.
The footage was matched with a clip taken on a mobile phone from inside the vehicle that hit the woman – which police said had been posted to social media.
In the video, a backseat occupant in a feminine voice is heard telling the driver, “Hit this bitch, hit this bitch” before the car rammed into the victim.
A bang was heard as the vehicle hit the woman, whereupon the occupants began to laugh.

In the second incident – just a block from the first – the driver can be seen plowing into other pedestrians, hitting unsuspecting victims from behind, not giving them a chance to get out of the way first.
Again, a loud bang was heard as the body hit the hood of the car, causing the victim to fly on the roof of the vehicle.
It is not clear when the incident happened.

Seattle Police Chief Adrian Diaz said the “disturbing” attack has left him “deeply concerned.”
Residents also said they were shocked by the video, noting that most people walk rather than drive in the area.
“It almost seems like they think it’s a joke, or like they’re doing it for fun, which is, like, kind of horrible,” neighbor Ethan Gunnel told KIRO.
“I don’t know what kind of people would think it’s funny to hit people.”

Officials said it was possible the victim suffered serious injuries based on the speed of the impact in the video.
Detectives have been trying to track down victims by checking local hospitals, according to KOMO.
But so far, the police have not had any luck finding those who were hit.
