According to The Blast report following Swift’s announcement, the release of “Midnights” was commemorated on her Twitter account, and the record has been rumored to be the singer’s “most experimental” album.
In her Tweet, Swift detailed that “Midnights” would include “Stories of 13 sleepless nights spread throughout my life,” and she posted an accompanying photo that contained more details.

The letter reads, “We awake in love and in fear, in chaos and in tears. We stare at the walls and drink until they speak back. We twist in our own cages and pray that we’re not right this time. – will make some mistakes that can change lives…”
Swift went on to explain, “This is a collection of music written in the middle of the night, a journey through terrors and beautiful dreams. The floors we walk on and the demons we face. Earlier today the chain store’s Twitter account officially entered Swiftie territory with a tweet inviting fans to “Meet us at midnight at Target.com” with a pair of shifting eyes emoji alongside their message.
The tweet also included a hashtag related to the upcoming record, #TSmidnightS.
Swifties have jumped into formation! The tweet now has over three thousand retweets and almost 700 responses!
“Midnights” will be released on October 21.
