She paired the look with white pants and brown mesh tights that barely hid anything. She paired the look with tan pumps to complete her outfit.

Her long hair fell over one shoulder as she turned her head to look at the mountains around her.

Posing from her home gym in Columbus, Ohio, Dana showed off her toned figure in a pink bra, black panties and Converse sneakers. “Yes will ask for more gym pictures! This is my home gym so I can wear whatever I want,” she wrote in the caption.
“I was on the 3rd day of shredding. Bulk is wayyyy more fun! Lol! I started at 136 lbs, and now I’m 152 lbs. I’ve never weighed this much in my life, but it’s nice to experience a huge increase in strength,” he explained. “With size comes strength, and with strength comes gain. And no, I’m not training for a fitness competition, and DON’T WORRY I’m not as ‘masculine’ as you worry, lol!”
She pointed out that the fishnet stockings she wore at the beginning of the post were a “very feminine” look. “I’ve always been into fitness and weight training (since age 15), but I like trying new regimens to see what my genetics will allow. Strength training is fun, I’ve surprised myself and others with my PR,” he added as fans applauded his progress in the gym.
