One of Danny Masterson’s convicted rapists has lashed out at disgraced former co-stars Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher, after the pair made a video apologizing for writing a pre-sentence on her behalf.
The woman, Jane Doe #1, wrote a text message to journalist Yashar Ali blasting the former “That ’70s Show” star, saying their condescending mea culpa did little to make her feel better about them supporting her attacker.
“This video is very insulting and hurtful,” wrote in the letter,, ie shared on Xformerly known as Twitter.
“My hope is that they learn radical accountability and the importance of self-education to know when to maintain their privilege—especially Ashton, who claims to work with victims of sex crimes. And for Mila, I can only think of ‘Times Up.’” he added.
Kunis and Kutchner, who starred alongside Masterson for years on the sitcom, faced intense backlash for writing a character letter to Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Charlaine Olmedo hoping for a lighter sentence.
In response, the couple posted a video on social media acknowledging the “pain caused by the character letter we wrote on behalf of Danny Masterson” and pledging their support for victims of sexual assault.

After his sentencing, Kunis and Kutcher’s controversial letter to the judge was made public.
Kutcher, 45, wrote in his letter that the “Ranch” co-star was “nothing but a positive influence” on him and “a very honest and intentional human being.”
Kunis, 40, also wrote in her letter that Masterson was “an incredible friend, confidant, and, above all, an incredible brother to me.”
Other “That ’70s Show” co-stars — Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith — also wrote letters in an effort to commute Masterson’s sentence.

Masterson, 47, was found guilty in May – following a mistrial in November 2022 – of raping two women. Although three accusers came forward, one of the cases was eventually dismissed.
Masterson’s lawyer said the actor plans to appeal his sentence.
