Former Disney Channel star David Henrie is celebrating a birthday!
The now 34-year-old took to social media to express how much he loves getting older.

The “Wizards of Waverly Place” star shared a family photo on Instagram to celebrate her 34th birthday. Henrie, his wife, and children are all dressed in white as they look at the flower garden, enjoying the outdoors together.
“Wow, 34!!! Let’s go mid-30s!!!!,” wrote Henrie with a photo of him and his family. “I love getting older!!!”
He continued, “I’m serious, though. I look back on my life as a child and a younger man, and I’m so happy that I’m 34. I feel like my life started once I got married and started a family. I very grateful to my wife, children, and family. I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world, and I hope to grow old with them all.”
Henrie said, “Thank you to all my amazing friends and fans who lift me up in prayer and positivity. Love you all!”

David Henrie, Selena Gomez and Jake T. Austin are the stars of Disney Channel’s hit television show, “Wizards of Waverly Place.” The show follows the Russo family, who may seem like an ordinary family with an ordinary restaurant. However, behind closed doors, the triplets have magical powers and are training to compete to become the next family witch.
Although the show has been off the air for several years, David Henrie, who portrays Justin Russo on the show, is not up for a reboot. “It’s going to be a lot of fun,” Henrie said with a smile when asked about a potential “Wizards of Waverly Place” reboot. “We’re a family on and off camera, so it’s almost too much fun, and I think people feel that chemistry when they watch the show, too, so I love doing reboots. I think it’s just about the idea, when and how, and all of that.”
As for where his character, Justin, is today, Henrie likes to think he has a family and is following in his father’s footsteps, teaching his children the ways of magic. “I think he has a family,” he told The Blast. “When we left him, he was a Wiztech professor, so that’s where we left him, but back to him now, he’ll be there, or he won’t be there, but I think he’s there, kids.”
“I think he’ll probably follow in his father’s footsteps and teach his kids to some degree, but I don’t know there’s a million directions that could go there.”
Unfortunately, at this time, there is no word on whether a “Wizards of Waverly Place” reboot is happening or not. However, the original series is currently streaming on Disney’s streaming service, Disney+, along with the movie, “Wizards Of Waverly Place: The Movie.”
