Jacky Oh’s cause of death has been revealed, months after her tragic death following cosmetic surgery.

According to a new report, complications from cosmetic surgery have been determined to be the cause of death of DC Young Fly’s partner, Jacky Oh.
The autopsy report stated that Jacky had “swelling in his brain and profuse bleeding in the skin around his torso.”
In May, Jacky flew to Miami to undergo Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery, which was successfully performed on May 30. At first, the procedure appeared to go well, and the beauty mogul was discharged with prescriptions for medications, including Ciprofloxacin, Oxycodone, and Ondansetron, which are usually prescribed after surgery.
However, his condition took a turn for the worse when he developed a severe headache, prompting him to schedule a post-surgery appointment.
Things took a turn for the worse the next day when he began to experience a burning sensation in his head and had difficulty speaking. When the ambulance arrived at his location, he was already unresponsive and later pronounced dead on arrival at the hospital.
DC Young Fly Takes To Instagram To Mourn Jacky Oh’s Death
Days after her death, DC Young Fly took to Instagram to mourn her loss, sharing a monochrome photo she took with her partner while she was pregnant.
She captioned it, “I want it to be a really bad dream but every hour I’m reminded of reality so I want to make sure I praise you the right way. You are the GREATEST MOM I KNOW your soul is beautiful Yu always wants the best for others and I admire how our family loves each other!!!”
He added, “U wit me forever / QUEEN my children will always have a place in my heart and heaven (Yu gon get me for Dat but it’s true) LOVE YOU FOREVER just know we going harder than ever and GOD is in control and he protects us.”

Over the years, Jacky has given glimpses of his life with DC on Instagram. On Mother’s Day this year, she also opened up about her love for motherhood despite the responsibilities that come with that status.
“I do a lot of things, but being a mom is my favorite,” she said at the time in an Instagram post. “God chose me 3X. I promise I never take it for granted. I am a very blessed man!”
In addition to the post, Jacky shared a cute photo of her daughter and son in a stroller. He also shared some other pictures with his mother.
