He continued his studies at Nalanda University, Bihar. He obtained his Master of Science degree from SK Pantwalawalkar Madhyamik Vidyalaya, Kurla East, Mumbai. He started his film career in Marathi film industry in 2004.

Deepali Sayed started her acting career as Pallavi with the Marathi comedy film, Chatur Navra Chikni Baiko, in 2004. She appeared in the song, Ye Ga Ye Main, from the film Jatra: Hyalagaad Re Tyalagaad, released in 2005 for which she gained fame. . In 2006, she appeared in the films Chashme Bahaddar and Hirva Chuda. In 2007, Deepali played the lead role in the film Jau Tithe Khau, and she also made a film, named Mumbaicha Dabewala, in the same year. She portrayed the role of dancer Lavani in the film, Sasu Numbari Jawai Dus Numbri, in 2008. In 2009, she performed the lead role in the comedy film Lagnachi Varat Londonchya Ghara. She acted in the romantic comedy Ladi Godi, where she played the role of Sharmila. He has played lead roles in many films such as Durga Mhantat Mala (2011), Sambha: Aajcha Chhavaa (2012), Ghungarachya Nadat (2014), Bola Alakh Niranjan (2019), and many more. She appeared as a dancer in films like Uchla Re Uchla (2012) and Fekam Faak (2013). In 2020, she appeared in the short video “Punha Ekada Garud Bharari Gheu.”

Before the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, Deepali Sayed joined the Aam Aadmi Party. In 2014, he contested the Lok Sabha elections from Ahmednagar constituency on a ticket from the Aam Aadmi Party. However, he lost the election. In 2019, he contested the Maharashtra Assembly Elections from Mumbra-Kalwa (Thane) on a ticket from the Shiv Sena party, but he faced electoral defeat.

Deepali Sayed started the Deepali Bhosale Sayed Charitable Trust on 17 October 1998, which helps people during Covid; his faith distributes food and other basic needs to the people. He manages many old people’s homes and orphanages, and he has helped flood victims in many flood-affected areas of the country. He has also collaborated with various social organizations such as Yayasan Bumiku, Yayasan Pani, etc.

His former personal assistant Baburao Shinde held a conference in Ahmednagar on April 4, 2023 and accused him of having links with Dawood Ibrahim. He claimed that he was a Pakistani citizen and had a fake passport. He also claims he owns properties in Dubai and London. Deepali Sayed later registered a police case against her under sections 509 (words, gestures, or acts intended to insult the honor of a woman), 506 (2) (criminal intimidation), and 500 (defamation) of the Indian Penal Code.
