“Choosing myself really means giving the same amount of love and energy to others so freely, to give it back to myself,” she began. “It’s just to create a happy and positive environment in my head so that my daily habits and behavior align with that mindset,” he continued. “It does take a conscious effort to keep doing that, but I’ve started to realize that when you do this, you’re operating on a higher vibrational frequency, and it just attracts the right kind of things and people into your life. It helps you make decisions which is right too, so it gives you some clarity,” says Vempati.
