On Monday afternoon, the “Heart Attack” singer shared an entire carousel full of photos of her having the time of her life this summer! In one photo, she showed off a rose tattoo on her wrist as she propped herself up on her stomach, showing off her bosom in her black bikini.
Her dark hair fell in damp waves over her shoulders, revealing her dangling silver earrings and silver nose ring. She ditched most of her make-up during this outing but added a peachy pink lip gloss as she posed for a stunning selfie.

In her Instagram carousel, she also shared a photo featuring her and her boyfriend Jutes sitting next to each other. In a July 2023 interview on SiriusXM’s The Morning Mash Up, the “Confident” singer opened up about their relationship.
“We’re very happy,” she said, adding that they were friends before they started dating. “We were friends for a few months and then we decided to start dating and well, after we told each other how we felt,” she explained, calling their relationship a “mutual thing.”
“We texted, and he said something, and I was like, I took it one way and he was like, ‘OK, if you take it one way, then I know you like me. Although he had been using the pronouns they/them for the past year, in June 2023, he decided to go back to using the pronoun himself. She emphasized that it was important to create a gender-neutral space for everyone, but admitted that it had been “very exhausting” for her to use the pronouns they/them in her personal life.
Demi, who came out as non-binary in May 2021, told GQ Hype Spain that it was emotionally difficult for her to keep explaining her gender identity to others. “I always have to educate people and explain why I identify with that pronoun. It’s exhausting,” he told a Spanish news channel, as translated by People magazine. “I’m just tired. But because of that, I know is it’s important to keep spreading the word.”

The singer explained that she faces gender-related decisions every day, including trying to decide which bathroom to use. “I face this every day, for example, in public toilets. Had to go into the women’s bathroom, even though I didn’t know her at all,” he said. “Or it also happens when filling out forms, like government documents or any other where you must state your gender. You only have two options, male and female, and I don’t think it makes any sense to me.”
Although she uses the pronoun she, she will continue her fight for a gender-neutral space. He said that “the thing that means the most to me” is being an “inspiration” to others, noting “There was a queer couple that got engaged at my concert, and that was special.”
“It will be worth it as long as people tell me that I’m an inspiration to them or that I’ve helped them learn more about themselves and feel more comfortable in their own skin,” she added.
