Lovato commented, “I’m in a perfect place. I am very happy. I don’t know what I’m going to write on my next album. It’s a really good feeling, but I don’t know what I’m going to do.”
Soon after, the hitmaker added that a heavy themed love song might be a factor in future projects. “A bunch of happy love songs – for sure.”
Minutes into the interview, the “Heart Attack” singer talked about going back to her roots with “Holy Fvck.” “I want to go back to my roots; whether you’re depressed or having fun with your friends, there’s so much emotion in this music.” In the chat, the musician stated, “I think this generation really craves it.”
