Dev Mohan made his acting debut with the Malayalam film ‘Sufiyum Sujatayum’ which was released on the OTT platform Amazon Prime. In the film, she appeared in one of the lead roles alongside Aditi Rao Hydari and Jayasurya.

- In an interview, Dev revealed that while he was working in an IT Hub in Bangalore as a corporate employee, he was advised by one of his friends to pursue a career in modeling after which he participated in the Mr India 2016 pageant and was selected. among the top 15 participants. He said,
I have always been a fitness enthusiast and exercise regularly. It was one of my Iranian model friends, Amin at the gym who suggested I should try modeling and also try Mr India. I made it to the top 15 contestants in 2016.”
