His parents and grandparents were spiritually inclined, so they used to take him to various spiritual events. At the age of 4, he was initiated into the procession of ‘Gaudiya Vaishnavism.’ Gaudiya Vaishnavism is a Vaishnava Hindu religious movement inspired by Chaitanya Mahaprabhu under the guidance of a Bengali saint called ‘Shri Shri Girdhari Baba.’ When he was 6 years old, he attended the preaching of a respected Brij saint, Ramesh Baba. As the sermon was about to end, Ramesh Baba handed over the microphone to Devi Chitralekha and asked her to say something. He enthralled everyone by sharing his spiritual insights for almost half an hour. This marked the beginning of his journey as a spiritual and motivational speaker.

Journey as a Spiritual Saint and Motivational Speaker

He started reciting Kathas and Pravachan at various religious events. His first 7 days “Shri Bhagwat Katha” was organized by his guruji at Tapovan near Vrindavan, Uttar Pradesh. His parents weren’t sure how he would manage to deliver a speech in such a long event. They asked his guruji to organize a 2-day preaching program instead of the 7-day ‘Shri Bhagwat Katha’. Guru Devi Chitralekha had faith that she would successfully deliver “Shri Bhagwat Katha” for 7 days. He said,

It is my blessing that the 7 days of Shri Bhagwat Katha will remain successful because “Radha Mata” has shown me in my dream that rain of flowers will fall here from heaven.”

Later, he organized many “Shri Bhagwat Kathas,” and became one of the most popular spiritual speakers in India. His spiritual speeches were broadcast on many religious TV channels. Through many of his Pravacahns, he tried to spread the wave of ‘Radhe Krishna and Hare Krishna Mantra.’
