In the year since Good and Franklin’s divorce, the former has allegedly moved on to a new relationship with “Creed III” actor Johnathan Majors. Allegations of the pair forming a bond first surfaced last month with reports that the “Death Saved My Life” actor supported the actor during his domestic dispute with ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari.
While neither party has publicly confirmed the allegations, their romance came to light when her ex-husband joined “The Breakfast Club” podcast host on Thursday to discuss her healing process. After clarifying that he’s not “upset” about the 41-year-old beauty appearing to have a new flame, the 45-year-old first stated:
“He was happy; that’s a blessing. If I had that [ill will], whatever I put out, that’s what comes back. So I don’t wear; I have no ill will towards anyone in that regard as I have no ill will towards myself in that regard. So no, there is no hatred.”
Right before she revealed the above, Franklin revealed that her mental health is “much better” than it was, although it took some work for her to get to the point where she can be “calm and introspective and all that” during interviews. Explaining that he experienced moments of anger and pain, the “Heaven Is Real” author admitted:
“There is a night [where] I cried myself to sleep. There are times when I get angry, but I let myself feel whatever I feel to heal because, in my experience, when I don’t face what I feel, then I try to find something else to help me through the pain.”
He later confirmed that although they are no longer romantically involved, his love for his ex-wife will remain intact, adding that they are still in touch. While Franklin’s candid comments may warm the hearts of those worried about her post-split, she previously came under fire for joining “Married At First Sight.”
The furor got so bad that the University of Southern California graduate had to defend himself against a backlash late last month. To that end, he released a lengthy statement via Instagram that began:
“Moment of Truth: Last year, Married At First Sight (@mafslifetime) invited me to come on the show. I agreed to do it … and then the divorce happened. They come to me and say it doesn’t matter to them because they still feel I can help their partner. I would tell them “No” because I was embarrassed…”
He stated that he had to fight the voice that called him a “failure” and asked how he could help others save their marriages when his own failed. The singer also made her think about what “people” would say and if they would “approve or disapprove.” She finally had to be honest with herself, stop worrying about people’s feelings, do what needed to be done, and take on the role of marriage expert on the show.
Meagan Good Has Taken Her Romance With Jonathan Majors To International Waters

Earlier this week, Good and Majors attracted media attention when they were spotted in Fez, Morocco, on what appeared to be a couple’s vacation. According to The Blast, lovebirds are supposed to be enchanted by the fountains and fireplaces at a shop called Art Naji.
A visit to the store, known as the country’s largest handmade Moroccan tile, pottery and zellige store, saw the “Stomp the Yard” cast confer with its staff. Although the outcome of the interaction remains uncertain, the Morocco trip highlighted a significant milestone in their romance as it was their first time together on international soil.
It also comes weeks after the Yale University alum sat down to dinner with his girlfriend and family at Red Lobster in Los Angeles on Tuesday, May 23. Good’s mother, Tyra Wardlow-Doyle, and her sister, La’Myia Good, appeared to be in a happy mood as they ate and chatted with the couple.
The couple dressed to the nines for the date, with Majors wearing a brown striped shirt, blue jeans, gray face cap, and sneakers and his partner showing off her enviable figure in a pair of tight gray leggings, and a baggy vintage top, black baseball cap , and white shoes.
