Former NFL player Brandon Marshall recently made some BOLD claims about Kanye West and Taylor Swift on the talk show Paper Route!
Marshall claims that Kanye West felt inferior in his recent encounter with Taylor Swift at the Super Bowl —a claim that comes after West’s backlash for name-dropping the singer with sex offenders.
Ye is no stranger to controversy when it comes to her relationship with the “Bad Blood” hitmaker and Brandon Marshall recently added fuel to the fire. Marshall claims the pair’s rocky dynamic got West kicked out of the Super Bowl…
Is Kanye West Really Trying To Cash In On Taylor’s Super Bowl Fame?
Marshall spilled the hot tea about what allegedly happened between West and Swift at the Super Bowl. He shared his claim on the “Paper Route” podcast, noting that the drama began when Ye bought a ticket right in front of Swift’s booth.

According to Marshall, West tried to use Swift for leverage because buying a booth near the singer would allow them to share screen time as the cameras panned throughout the evening.
It’s no secret that the blonde entertainer has caused a stir at NFL games following the debut of her romance with Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce. But, is West really trying to get the fame of the singer?
In Brandon Marshall’s own words:
“He’s wearing a mask with his logo on it — typical Kanye. Taylor Swift is mad, she boom boom makes a call or two. Everyone is involved. He was kicked out of the stadium!”
Marshall continued, repeating that Kanye “got kicked out of the stadium” before adding, “He’s trying to capitalize on his celebrity.” The podcast host agreed with her narrative, noting that West “strategically” positioned himself next to Swift because he knew the cameras wouldn’t cut it.
While Marshall’s claim would mark an important victory for Swift in her long-standing beef with West, reports indicate that there are some problems with her claim as the Yeezy founder was spotted at the Super Bowl event most of the night.

While Marshall claimed Kanye was kicked out for buying a booth in front of Swift, it seems the rapper had different boxes with other artists, including Ty Dolla $ign and Anderson Paak at the game. Others noted that West was not the type to stay silent when abused, and would have addressed the situation publicly if he had actually been kicked out of the stadium.
Kanye West Criticized For Name-dropping Taylor Swift In New Song
Just days before his alleged feud with Swift, West became Swifties’ enemy No.1 because Swift name-dropped her new song with a sex offender. Online criticism began after the release of “Vultures,” Ye’s joint album with Ty Dolla $ign.
One of the album’s tracks, “Carnival,” captures West in the spotlight, mentioning Swift alongside jailed singer R. Kelly, disgraced actor Bill Cosby, and rapper Diddy, who is currently knee-deep in multiple sexual assault allegations.
Part of the x-rated lyrics read: “Now I’m Ye Kelly, b— (Ha), now, I’m Bill Cosby, b— (Ha). Now, I’m Puff Daddy rich (Ha), that’s ‘#MeToo me’ rich (Ha). Why did he say he sucked d—? (Huh). Then he said he didn’t smoke d— (Ha). He’ll take it a— (Ha), like a ventriloquist (Ha). I made six Taylor Swift (Ha).”
While West’s choice of words sparked media outrage, Swifties were deeply offended as they believed he was indirectly labeling their idol a sex offender by associating him with this disgraced entertainer.

One X user slammed Ye’s actions as intentional, writing, “Saying Taylor’s name next to a bunch of guys who are sex offenders is definitely a choice.” Another upset fan called her “sexist” with the comment:
“Kanye West is the kind of guy who is constantly falling for sexist, disgusting, male chauvinist insults because otherwise, he doesn’t know what to say to THE WOMAN that is Taylor Swift.”
A third claimed West used Swift’s name for influence, sharing a video of a woman calling herself a genius with the caption, “How Kanye West feels about name dropping Taylor Swift on his new album because that’s the only way he can get relevant. #taylorswift #KanyeWest.”
More X users echoed similar sentiments, with one wondering: “What does ‘I make six Taylor Swifts’ mean?? And why in God’s name would anyone want to compare themselves to Bill Cosby?!”
