Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has finally broken his silence on the gang rape allegations leveled against him by an anonymous Jane Doe.
The stricken Hip-hop icon issued a legal response through his lawyer, denying all charges and refusing to entertain the alleged victim’s narrative of what happened in his New York studio.
In new legal documents obtained by The Blast, Diddy is clapping back at Jane Doe’s alleged gang rape. He denied the horrific incident ever happened, stating he did not know what the woman claimed happened to him.
Diddy Slams Mass Rape Lawsuit As Prejudice & Violation of His Rights
In case you missed it, a woman claims she was sexually assaulted by the “Coming Home” rapper and two other attackers when she was just 17 years old.
Through his attorney, he asserted that he “never participated in, witnessed, or was or was aware of any misconduct, sexual or otherwise, involving the Plaintiff under any circumstances whatsoever.” Due to his innocent stance, Diddy refused to comply with Jane Doe’s request for help regarding the alleged incident.
The 54-year-old lost ten points in his defence, with the first stating the woman had failed to prove a claim on which relief could be granted. Another argument states the woman’s complaint does not “satisfy all or some elements of her claim under the Gender-Based Violence (GBV) Victim Protection Act.”

The document describes Jane Doe’s claims as “unconstitutional” because she waited so long to file her complaint, which in turn has “prejudiced” Diddy. The statement reads:
“The Plaintiff’s decision to wait over two decades to file his complaint has prejudiced the Defendant, as he has lost the ability to fully and fairly defend himself in this action. For example, some or all of the evidence that would otherwise be available if the action had been commenced promptly may be unavailable, lost or compromised.”
Diddy’s attorney continued to slam the complaint, claiming the passage of time since the alleged incident has affected his client’s ability to obtain critical evidence such as witnesses with full recollection of the fateful day.
“Allowing this action to proceed violates the Defendants’ rights under the US Constitution and the New York State Constitution,” the document claims. The backlash didn’t stop there as Diddy’s lawyer insisted that the complaint should be dismissed.
“The complaint is barred based on the unclean hands doctrine, because the indictment alleges a completely fictitious account that never happened,” the legal filing claims before seeking Diddy’s right to amend his defense and drop additional narratives after conducting further investigation, discovery and research.
The entertainers involved are ready to fight it out in court and ask for a jury trial. His additional requests include dismissal of the complaint with prejudice in all respects, protection of attorney’s fees and other costs, and any relief deemed necessary by the court.
Will there be another solution, or will Diddy fight this one to the end?
