In a court filing, Diddy has responded to a woman who accused him of “stalking” and “harassing” her, among other shocking allegations.
The woman, described by the judge as a “serial filer,” has made several filings seeking temporary restraining orders against Diddy and other stars, all of whom she has accused of stalking her. His request was rejected several times.
In his filing, Diddy claimed that he “doesn’t recall ever having a personal relationship” with her and that she was not his “business partner” either.
The rapper’s declaration further reads that he “never stalked or cyberstalked” the woman, nor did he “threaten” any of her family members.
Regarding the woman’s claim that Diddy hacked her phone, the rapper stated that he never “tampered with any of her devices” and that she never read or listened to phone conversations on her mobile device.
One of the woman’s many claims included wild claims that Diddy had military equipment capable of hacking phones. The rapper also denied this in his court declaration.

Diddy has recently been hit with multiple lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault. This comes after a surprise filing by his ex-partner, Cassie, which he has since resolved.
Amidst his legal battle, it has been revealed that the “Coming Home” rapper does not plan to attend the 66th Annual Grammy Awards, which will be held on February 4, 2024, at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
Although Diddy is nominated for the Best Progressive R&B Album category, he is expected to be absent, as his representative confirmed.
In his absence, his project “The Love Album: Off the Grid” will compete with the likes of 6LACK’s “Since I Have A Lover,” Terrence Martin and James Fauntleroy’s “Nova,” Janelle Monae’s “The Age Of Pleasure,” and “SOS” SZA’s frontrunner for the top prize.
The nomination marks Diddy’s first Grammy nod in eight years, following his 2016 nod as one of the many producers on Kanye West’s “All Day.”
Meanwhile, the rapper last competed at the Grammys for a personal project in 2004. That time, he won best rap performance by a group or duo for his hit song “Shake Ya Tailfeather,” featuring Nelly and Murphy Lee. The song is also part of the Bad Boys II soundtrack, executive produced by Diddy under his Bad Boy label.
