Diddy’s assets are being raided by federal authorities amid a recent lawsuit filed against him.
The rapper’s reputation took a sudden nosedive when his ex-girlfriend Cassie accused him of r-pe, sex-trafficking and abuse in November 2023, opening him up to another lawsuit from several alleged male and female victims
Now, it seems the authorities want to settle the accusations.

On Monday afternoon, Homeland Security agents raided two of Diddy’s homes—one on the East Coast and one on the West Coast. Apparently the raids happened simultaneously, leaving the rapper no time to prepare for their presence.
The music mogul’s Beverly Hills property and a home in Miami were targeted in the raid. Authorities reportedly walked around homes with guns and questioned people.
It’s still unknown what prompted the raid but sources told TMZ that it had something to do with the sex-trafficking allegations leveled against the “Coming Home” artist.
A helicopter was seen hovering over the home as local law enforcement was on the ground, but it is unclear if Diddy was present at one of the properties while the raid was underway. Homeland Security is the lead agency leading the search.

According to reports, the ongoing case against Diddy is being handled out of the Southern District of New York. The agent arrived at the artist’s house by boat.
During the raid, it appears that two of the music executive’s sons were caught in the bars. Footage obtained shows her eldest son Justin and King Combs — along with an unidentified man — in handcuffs outside their father’s Los Angeles property.
They were surrounded by armed agents who appeared to be questioning them. Their involvement in their father’s scandal has yet to be revealed.
Is The Investigation Ongoing Against Diddy?
In the midst of the raid, a representative for Homeland Security Investigations released a statement about the situation. It reads:
“Earlier today, New York’s Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) conducted a law enforcement action as part of an ongoing investigation, with assistance from HSI Los Angeles, HSI Miami and our local law enforcement partners. We will provide more information as it becomes available.”
Back in November, rumors surfaced that the NYPD had a file name under Sean Combs’ name as part of a criminal investigation. However, the agency issued a statement denying such claims which read:
“Yesterday, a member of the NYPD’s public information office mistakenly told reporters about the apparent existence of an active case file containing the name ‘Sean Combs.’ There is no such investigation, at this time. Furthermore, the release of such information is inconsistent with the internal policy of the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Public Information.”

In November 2023, Cassie made scathing allegations against her ex-boyfriend in a lawsuit that was settled within days.
In her filing, the “Long Way 2 Go” singer claims Diddy allegedly controlled and abused her for over ten years. While they were together as a couple and music partner, he also allegedly drugged her, beat her, and forced her to have sex with numerous male sex workers, all on video.
“After years of silence and darkness. I am finally ready to tell my story and speak on my own behalf and for the benefit of other women facing violence and abuse in their relationships,” Cassie wrote in her lawsuit.
She recalled an incident when the rapper, whose real name is Sean Combs, became violent towards her and physically assaulted her just because he saw her talking to another music manager.
Following Cassie’s claim, many more alleged victims came out. The rapper was the subject of five sexual assault lawsuits in just three weeks.
Diddy Denies All Accusations Against Him

Following the fifth lawsuit filed against the 54-year-old by Jane Doe, Diddy finally addressed the various accusations leveled at him. In a statement shared on social media, the founder of Bad Boy Records wrote:
“For the past few weeks, I have sat quietly and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and legacy. Hurtful allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”
He continued, declaring his innocence with the words, “Let me be clear: I did not do any of the horrible things that I am accused of. I will fight for my name, my family, and for the truth.”
