A British man attacked a traffic warden with a wooden pole after he caught the city worker taking pictures of his van in East London.
A disgruntled driver, 41, who has not been identified, was arrested after attacking a traffic warden, 38, in Manor Park on Friday.
Video recorded by a driver on the road shows the two shouting angrily in the middle of the road before the man grabs a long wooden pole and pushes the warden.
When the warden moved to retaliate against the attack, the driver, who was wearing a yellow jacket, swung and hit the man several times until the pole broke in two.
The two fought as the warden fired several shots at the van driver. The pair brawled for several minutes, throwing punches and kicks.
Finally, another man broke up the fight after 10 minutes.

The traffic warden reportedly suffered a finger injury and his headphones were damaged. The 41-year-old driver was not injured.
Witnesses who recorded the video said they were not surprised to see crime in the area, as “so much crime” happens around Manor Park.
“I didn’t think the man would get a piece of wood. I’m just glad it didn’t get out of control,” the unidentified witness told SWNS.
The witness was driving down the block to his friend’s house when he saw the fight break out and said many people stopped to watch.

“The immediate arrest underlines our clear message of Newham’s zero tolerance policy towards abuse and violence directed at staff; we will always be ready for workers to seek justice if they become victims.”
