Disturbing video captures ‘proud’ Nazis chanting ‘f–k the Jews’ on Paris metro

Shocking video captures the moment a group of youths hurled antisemitic slurs in the Paris metro – including “F–k the Jews!” and “We are Nazis and proud!”

The clip, which went viral after being shared on social mediashows passengers reacting in disbelief to obscene chants on the train.

“F–k the Jews and f–k your mother … live Palestine!” the youths, whose faces were seen, shouted in French. “We are Nazis and proud!”

On Wednesday, French prosecutors launched an investigation into the incident amid a surge in antisemitism since the Oct. 7 attack by Hamas on Israel and the Jewish state’s military retaliation.

“A shocking, unacceptable, unjustified comment,” Paris Police Chief Laurent Nunez said of X, adding that authorities would do everything possible to find those responsible.

There have been 857 antisemitic acts in France since the war began, Interior Minister Gerald Darmanin said this week, almost double the number for all of 2022.

The incidents included graffiti, physical attacks and even death threats, officials said.

Stars of David have been spray-painted on buildings in the French capital and its suburbs to mark that Jews live in them – a scene reminiscent of the dark days of the Holocaust.

Outside the stadium in Carcassonne, someone painted: “Killing Jews is a duty.”

Emmanuel Grégoire, deputy mayor of Paris Anne Hidalgo, said the stars would be removed and an investigation launched.

“Antisemitism continues to kill. We will never give up,” said Grégoire, the BBC reported.

“I cried, because I saw again the hatred we received when I was a child,” a resident of one of the buildings targeted told French broadcaster BFMTV. “I can’t understand it.”
