Career
Initially, he started making TikTok videos, and after his videos started trending on TikTok, he started a YouTube channel named ‘Jalsa Rayudu’ in 2020.
On the channel, Gayathri, along with other YouTubers, used to upload fake videos and comic videos. In 2020, she debuted in the YouTube web series ‘Puan Tuan Puan Anthey.’

Death
On March 18, 2022, after attending a Holi party, Gayathri, along with her friend Rathod, returned home in a Ford Eco-Sport car. According to media sources, Rathod was speeding, and he lost control while he was driving past Gachibowli, Hyderabad. The car hit a divider and overturned. A woman named Maheshwari (aged 38), who was working near the road also met with the accident. In the accident, Gayathri and Maheshwari died on the spot, while Rathod was taken to a nearby hospital. However, Rathod also succumbed to his injuries on arrival (at the hospital). Gayathri’s co-star Surekha Vani shared the news of her death through her Instagram account. Surekha wrote,
How can you leave this mother..! Have the best times together..! However, I don’t believe this..! Can u please Come back soon will have a good party..! Hey, I have a lot to share..! There’s a lot more to do together..! Come This is not the time to leave too soon to leave us..! I don’t want to miss you..! Tcre..! Love u forever..!”
