Andy Cohen reveals Dolores Catania for being on Ozempic, and now the reality star is cleaning up her dirty medical history.

Catania appeared on “Virtual Reali-Tea” with co-star Rachel Fuda, explaining why she uses Ozempic when she doesn’t look like the physical type. “There are layers,” said Catania, who knows it’s strange for her to be at Ozempic.
“I’m going through menopause, I have thyroid issues, I have inflammation, and the weight is hard to lose,” she says of the many issues that keep her body from being at her peak physical level. “And I’m working out, and I’m not eating crazy, and I’m gaining weight, and it’s a lot of different layers. … Let’s tell everybody.”
Catania is seen regularly on The Real Housewives of New Jersey hard at the gym. He was one of the people who inspired Teresa Giudice to enter bodybuilding competitions and also asked her ex-husband Frank Catania to train his best friend.

The reality star originally shared that she was using Ozempic Watch What Happens Live. “I will not come to [‘RHONJ’ Season 13] the reunion seemed bigger than everyone else, so I jumped on the bandwagon,” he admitted.
Catania also joked that all her co-stars were at Ozempic as well. Catania said that she had no side effects from using the drug and “Just wasn’t hungry.” He also explained that he was not using Ozempic but a branch of the drug, “Mounjaro.”
He went on to share that “The reunion is in two weeks. I have a coach.” So, she worked out in true Dolores fashion. “You know what? It’s not just for a reunion,” he said honestly.
Catania admits that she may have had a poor taste that she bragged about using Ozempic, but she’s not ashamed and doesn’t feel the need to hide it.

The reality star was slammed online for joking about using Ozempic and, to some, disparaging the harsh drug. “It’s like, Andy and I were joking like it was funny, and that’s what it was all about — and I took a little beating for it,” he said on the podcast.
He knows there is a drug shortage and now realizes that the joke is bad, especially for those affected by the drought. “I have never been attacked like that in my life. And I’m OK with it … because it’s not going to make me someone I’m not and it’s not going to be honest moving forward.”
“I’m going to be myself regardless of what people want to say to me,” he said. And what he says about his co-stars is true. Newbie Jennifer Fessler also admits to using Ozempic.
“I lost a lot of weight,” said the series’ starter. “I’m taking peptides, and I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of the drugs associated with it [peptides] that helps people lose weight,” he admitted on WWHL in March.
And Margaret Josephs has also used the popular remedy.
