Donald Trump broke his silence when he was named on the recently released Jeffrey Epstein list.
The former US president revealed through a spokesperson that all allegations of his relationship with the late sex offender are “thoroughly debunked.”
Apart from Trump, the likes of Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew were also named in the famous list.
Donald Trump Says Jeffrey Epstein Link ‘Thoroughly Denied’

In a statement made through his spokesperson, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump responded to being named on the infamous Epstein list, per News Week.
Trump and Epstein reportedly had a friendship, with the billionaire mogul traveling on the sex offender’s jet several times before Epstein faced charges of trafficking minors.
Testimony from a witness, Johanna Sjoberg, unearthed from a 2015 defamation case between victim Virginia Giuffre and Epstein’s co-conspirator Ghislaine Maxwell, revealed that Epstein had also visited Trump’s casino.
“Good, we’re going to call Trump, and we’re going to—I don’t remember the name of the casino, but—we’re going to the casino,” Sjoberg said during a deposition about Epstein’s conversation while flying on his private jet from Palm Beach to Atlantic City.
Because of the severity of Epstein’s crimes, it’s no wonder that many have speculated about the extent of Trump’s connection to him. But, according to Trump’s spokesperson, the allegations, that he is a sex offender, are “completely debunked.”
Former President Bill Clinton Named On List

Trump is just one of many high-profile names on the list. Former President Clinton was also named and linked to activities considered more controversial than what was discussed about Trump.
According to Sjoberg’s testimony, Epstein once told her that Clinton liked “younger” girls. Meanwhile, Giuffre’s unpublished memoirs, cited in court papers, claim that the former president was an attendee without his wife at one of Epstein’s parties on his island. At the party, he reportedly showed off his “naughty provocative side.”
“It’s not a big party like that, just a few of us eating at the dining table,” said Giuffre, following Daily Beast. “There’s Jeffrey leading all of that, as usual. On the left is Emmy, Ghislaine, and me, and sitting across the table from us is Bill with two beautiful girls visiting from New York.”
He added, “Teasing the girls on both sides with playful pranks and rude comments, there’s no decency between them.”
Giuffre’s claims about Clinton eating on Epstein’s island have since been refuted by Maxwell in a deposition.
Prince Andrew Named Expected On Epstein’s List

While Clinton and Trump’s inclusion in the list may have come as a surprise, Prince Andrew’s presence, on the other hand, was somewhat anticipated.
The disgraced royal was previously accused by Giuffre of “sexual assault and intentional infliction of emotional distress,” and the case was later privately settled for a reported $14 million with no admission of liability. Despite photos showing him with Giuffre during his teenage years, Prince Andrew has consistently maintained his innocence.
Additionally, Andrew faced accusations from Sjoberg for groping her during a photo shoot with him, Maxwell, and Giuffre at Epstein’s New York Mansion. Sjoberg said that before taking the picture, Maxwell had retrieved a doll with Andrew’s likeness from the closet.
“They decided to take a picture with him, where Virginia and Andrew were sitting on the couch,” Sjoberg said as part of his testimony in Giuffre vs. Maxwell (2015).
“They put the doll on Virginia’s lap, and I sat on Andrew’s lap, and they put the doll’s hand on Virginia’s breast, and Andrew put his hand on my breast, and they took a picture.”
Some Other Names From Epstein’s ‘List’ Remain Redacted

Names, such as former Clinton aide Doug Band, billionaire Glenn Dubin, L Brands founder Lex Wener, and pop star Michael Jackson also appeared. However, not all of the names have been released, as some belonging to child victims have been sealed for privacy reasons.
It is expected that no criminal cases will arise from the release of this list other than those involving Maxwell and Epstein.
Maxwell is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence starting in 2021 on a federal sex-trafficking charge. At the time, he was found guilty of five of the six charges brought against him, including luring a minor, child sex trafficking, and perjury.
Meanwhile, Epstein, center, also faces similar federal charges in Florida and New York. However, while awaiting trial, he is believed to have committed suicide, ending his possible conviction.
