154 presidential historians voted on the poll, grading the nation’s previous presidents on a number of characteristics, including administrative skills, moral authority and economic management.
While Trump scored the lowest in most of these categories, he came out on top in one, as “the most polarizing president.”

The position comes after Trump was slammed with an unfavorable verdict at the end of his fraud trial in New York.
The New York Attorney General’s Office sued the billionaire tycoon for fraudulently overstating his assets in financial documents, a case that also saw his two sons, Donald Jr. and Eric, allegedly.
As part of his 92-page decision, Judge Arthur Engoron upheld New York Attorney General Letitia James’ recommendation to fine Trump $355 million. He also slapped the former president with an additional sentence, barring him from taking an executive role in any New York company or entity for the next three years.
Another penalty comes in the form of barring Trump and his organization from attempting to obtain loans from New York chartered financial institutions during the allotted time of the ban. The billionaire mogul has announced his intention to appeal the decision in the appeals court.

After his costly decision, Trump quickly addressed his supporters, saying that “The crooked state of New York just decided that I have to pay a $355 million fine for building a perfect company. Great cash, great building, great everything.”
The former president branded AG Letitia James “corrupt” and claimed that she campaigned on the fact that “I’m going to get Trump, I’m going to get Trump.”
Trump also stated that this kind of decision has never been made in American history and that it was only done in a “banana republic.”
“This is Russia, this is China, this is the same game. It all came out of the DOJ; it all came out of Biden. It was a witch hunt against his political opponents, the likes of which our country had never seen before. You see it in third world countries, banana republics, but you don’t see it here,” lamented the 77-year-old woman.
He is now scheduled to return to court next month for allegedly paying hush money to two women, former Playboy model Karen McDougal and adult film star Stormy Daniels, during his 2016 presidential campaign.

With the decision, Trump’s legal troubles continue to mount. He was previously ordered to pay E. Jean Carroll, his former columnist, about $7.3 million for “emotional damages,” plus $11 million for “reputational damages” and $65 million for “punitive damages.”
Although he denied the allegations, Carroll sued him for defamation, claiming that he had never met her. At the time he first revealed the allegations, Trump called them a “con job,” adding that “People should pay dearly for those false accusations.”
Reacting to the decision in a statement, Carroll said it was “a huge victory for every woman who stood up when she was knocked down and a huge defeat for every bully who tried to stop a woman.”
Regarding his feelings on the court, Carroll revealed in his appearance on “Good Morning America” that he felt “happy” and that it was “great”, that it “nourished” him and that it “almost hurts.”
