“3 years ago today I removed alcohol from my life. I used to think I needed it to combat my social anxiety and to have fun. It’s like I have a little bird on my shoulder whenever I’m in a social situation, watching me and guessing how I handle myself,” she wrote in the caption. “I always wonder if I’m doing a good job. The little bird is still there, but I’ve learned to ignore it now.”
