In 2003, he enrolled at the Government Medical College in Akola, Maharashtra, obtaining a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in 2008. In March 2008, Paramjeet Singh founded MedSMS, which used to provide paid medical consultation and education on mobile phones. The company was closed in March 2010. In September 2012, Paramjeet Singh started working as a Medical Officer in the cardiology department at Moolchand Healthcare. He left the hospital in August 2013. Paramjeet worked as a Senior Cardiologist at Fortis Hospital from August 2013 to January 2015. In September 2013, he joined aiqahealth and worked as a Healthcare IT Software Consultant & Advisor until January 2015. From January 2014 to December 2014 , he worked as a registrar in the Critical & Emergency Care department at Jaypee Hospital. In February 2015, he joined Caring Millions as its Vice President (VP) of Operations. He worked there till April 2016. In April 2015, Paramjeet Singh started working as a Senior Cardiologist at BLK – Max Super Specialty Hospital based in New Delhi. Paramjeet worked there until August 2016. He joined CareOns in June 2015 and worked there as Head of Medical Operations until November 2016. From August 2016 to March 2017, he worked as a Clinical Associate with Max Healthcare.
