Plastic surgeons warn those who will listen that all these weight loss pills, injections, and weight loss surgeries are not worth it. He admitted that Presley had “the most advanced type” of bariatric surgery that led to his death.
He informed listening through an interview with TMZ that with his form of weight loss surgery, “you just don’t absorb the nutrients.” He describes the surgery as disconnecting “part of the gut” and your body goes into “caloric restriction” due to lack of absorption.

He further explained that at any time after undergoing this surgery, scar tissue can form “adhesions” and “that adhesion can block part of the small intestine and cause what is called a small bowel obstruction.”
Furthermore, “if that continues for a long enough period eventually something can happen called strangulation,” and this, he says is what happened to Presley.

The doctor, who revealed that he read the autopsy report dropped the shocking fact that as a result of strangulation, 30 feet of Presley’s intestine had died. He broke it down, to “915 cm” and said that it was dead before he got to the hospital.

He continued to slam the drug after revealing that he currently has three patients on Ozempic, who have yet to undergo weight loss surgery, and are already suffering from intestinal pain. “Two of them are in the ICU with pancreatitis just from using Ozempic.” the doctor looked bewildered as he said “No one talks about this.”
