The outlet recently reported that Jacky’s plastic surgeon has sued several former patients for claiming in online reviews that he botched their procedures. Dr. Zach of PH-1 Miami sued Leila Penn in July 2021 for more than $30,000 after she claimed in a RealSelf review that she had “mutilated” him.
Zachary claims that Penn’s words are “false” and defamatory in court records obtained by Page Six. Additionally, he accused her of inciting potential patients to look elsewhere for care “by directly engaging” review website reviewers. In December 2021, the board-certified surgeon voluntarily dismissed the complaint without prejudice, effectively ending any further discussion of it.
A “BBL expert” sued Kyla Neirenburg for $30,000 in August of the same year after she claimed in a Google review that “happy patients” “do not exist”. This complaint was also obtained by Page Six. A patient looking for information about the services of Dr. Zachary should check his reviews on RealSelf, according to reviewers, because any good ones on Google are probably “fake” and “written by their own staff or friends.”
Jacky whose real name is Jaclyn Smith died at the age of 33. His family confirmed the sad news. “It is with a heavy heart that we share with you that Jakclyn aka MsJackyOh passed away on Wednesday, May 31, 2023,” the Smith family said in a statement. “Our family is still processing this very tragic and unexpected loss; we ask that you give us privacy at this time.”
