Lipa’s black hair was styled in a center part tucked behind her ears revealing her simple gold earrings. The post included a photo of him happily holding his citizenship certificate before beaming at the camera.
The only video in the mix shows the mayor reciting the proclamation’s oath while watching it with expressive eyes. “Thank you, President Bajram Begaj and Mayor @erionveliaj for this honor ~ getting my Albanian citizenship!!” Lipa began before adding, “faleminderit, po ndihem shume krenare,” which means, “thank you, I feel very proud.”
