“Dancing With The Stars” alum Alan Bersten is launching a new at-home workout program amid his shocking split with celebrity dance partner Jamie Lynn Spears.
On October 3, the two were eliminated during the Latin night episode, which marked only the second week of season 32. During the premiere, the two had scored 15/30 from the three judges and they did not fare much better in the second week, only getting 16/30.
Although both celebrities encouraged fans to vote at home, unfortunately, it was not enough to keep them in the competition. However, Alan is looking forward to sharing his new home fitness routine with fans and connecting with them in a new way.

Although he’s “very disappointed” to leave the competition, Alan Bersten told Entertainment Weekly that he’s looking forward to interacting with his passionate fans in a new way: by sharing his Bers10 Fitness program with the world.
The fitness program is a series of 10-minute videos that include 10 exercises for fans to follow. The website promotes the workouts as “high intensity,” but in the description, Alan says that he creates programs for all fitness levels. The description reads:
“I created Berst10 Fitness, for everyone whether you are starting your fitness journey or want to improve your current routine, I guide you through each exercise and you can choose to focus on specific body groups such as; core, upper body, lower body or do a full body workout in 10 minutes. I’m excited for you to be a part of the Berst10 Fitness family and I can’t wait to work out with you every day for TEN minutes.”
Although the program costs $12.99 per month, fans who know the intensity of the program can get a 7-day trial of the program. An annual fitness membership, which costs $120.99 per year, also comes with a 7-day trial. Both memberships come with access to “videos, challenges and series.”

Both also include an invitation to their “exclusive community”, new content every week, downloadable extras and “no commitment” with the ability to cancel at any time. Signing up for an annual membership is twenty percent cheaper, meaning fans locked in for a year can save up to $35 a year if they plan to commit to Alan’s 10-minute-a-day fitness challenge.
As Alan told Entertainment Weekly, “I’m a big believer in physical activity and how important it is not just for physical health but mental health as well,” Bersten said. “It’s really for everyone and I think the main goal and focus is to get up and move.”

In addition to promoting his new workout program, Alan also told the outlet that it was “great” working with the “Zoey 101” star on “Dancing With The Stars,” despite their hasty exit.
“Honestly, I think people will be surprised at how amazing Jamie Lynn is,” he said. “He worked hard but never had a hard day. People may assume people’s things, but at the end of the day, she is a sweet and honest person, I will miss dancing with her.”

When asked if he thought Britney Spears fans might try to sabotage their show following the feud between the two sisters, Alan admitted he tries not to look at social media. “The more positivity in the world, the better, that’s all I think,” he said. “As long as people are healthy and happy, there shouldn’t be anything negative.”
Although he has no regrets about their performance, he wishes he could have done a contemporary dance with the “Sweet Magnolias” cast, which might have helped them “connect” with the audience a little better.

“The more you connect with the audience, the more people vote,” he said. “So I really think even though there was a shock elimination, it made a bit of sense, I really thought the show was fair. I choose to be grateful, grateful that I’m a part of the show, grateful to my fans, and I can’t wait to see what’s next.”
