“Zoey 101” star Jamie Lynn Spears is hitting the dance floor for the upcoming season of “Dancing With the Stars.”
The former child actor is teamed up with pro Alan Bersten, and it looks like the two are on good terms as they take on some iconic TikTok dances ahead of their “Dancing With the Stars” debut.
However, fans still made their position known with the “Zoey 101” star joining the show, rallying behind Bersten.

Bersten and Spears did a TikTok dance as they challenged Rylee Arnold and pro TikToker Harry Jowsey to a TikTok battle.
“This is the official tik tok dance battle of @Harry Jowsey @Rylee arnold @Dancing with the Stars #DWTS,” Bersten captioned the video.
Since then, the “Dancing With the Stars” pro has continued to share the video to social media platforms, prompting fans to take to the comments section to apologize to Bersten for working with Jamie Lynn Spears.

After it was announced that she would be joining “Dancing With the Stars,” Jamie Lynn Spears took to social media to pledge that she would donate her salary to the WGA writers’ strike and the SAG-AFTRA actors’ strike.
“Decided to lace up my dancing shoes for a good cause,” Jamie Lynn captioned her Instagram post. “I’ve been offered a truly incredible opportunity from something I’m used to doing, but it’s while my community #SAG & #WGA are on strike & all of us members can’t work until we reach a fair resolution, so if I can use the opportunity this unique thing to bring more awareness and to donate the salary I get to dance every week back to the community that has given me so much, so that’s the least I can do.”
“I couldn’t have asked for a better partner than @alanbersten to guide me through this adventure,” he continued. “I’m not going to lie, I’m scared, but I’m just going to have fun and hopefully give back in a meaningful way so we can ALL GET BACK TO OUR DAY JOBS.” He ended his post with the hashtags #SAGAFTRASTRONG, #WGA, and #SAG.
