Dylan Barbour first got down on one knee during “Bachelor In Paradise” while asking Hannah Godwin to marry him.
“Hannah, I came here for someone special,” Barbour said during the proposal on the ABC reality show. “When I met you, I knew my life would never be the same. I know that I am all involved with us. I think we both know it’s not easy, but I’ve never had to fight for something so hard that I wanted it. I don’t give up and I won’t give up on us.”
Godwin said yes, and the two have been together ever since. Now, just days before their wedding, Barbour proposed to his fiancée once again.

Dylan Barbour surprised his fiancee after he got down on one knee for the second time, just days before their wedding.
“Although our first engagement was and still is very special to us, for the past 4 years we have talked about special little moments just for us in the real world, and @dylanbarbour surprised me and made it happen last week,” Godwin wrote alongside a photo of Barbour kneeling, proposed again. “Now off to our wedding location today to tie the knot!!! ✈️?”
Godwin recently opened up about what fans can expect to see from her and Barbour’s wedding. “We held an engagement ceremony a few years ago, before COVID. It’s about a month before the world shuts down,” he told The Knot. “It’s really the party of the decade. Everyone’s still talking about it. So, we’re hoping with a similar crew of people, [our wedding] will be just as awesome and fun.”
He went on to explain how their wedding would actually last three days. “A wedding is a three-day event,” shares Godwin. “We’ll have a welcome party, a rehearsal dinner, and then the big day. Every event actually has different colors, different wardrobe inspo and a different vibe.”

The couple have kept many details of their wedding under wraps, although Hannah Godwin recently teased the location.
“Everything is moving so fast,” Godwin told E! News. “We chose our location earlier this year, which only gave us about eight months to plan the whole thing. But we love a challenge—we’re excited.”
“I think keeping our location a secret is really fun, because I can’t wait to show where it is,” he explained. “We have visited him secretly several times. It’s not in the US that’s fun and exciting, but kind of keeps things private and fun—you know, the secret is fun.”
Godwin also talked about the uniqueness of their relationship, having lived together for many years and been engaged for four years. “We’ve lived in four houses together now,” Godwin recently stated. “We are clearly in it for the long haul. Our family is very involved and close. Many feel we have that type of marriage relationship. Obviously, we want to make memories and seal the deal and everything, but it’s one of those things where I feel like we’re married in a sense.”
