Emily Ratajkowski has come under fire as she promotes her Inamorata swimwear line. The supermodel, 32, has 700,000 fans following her brand’s Instagram, but she’s not getting the usual outpouring of love in this partnership. In May, Emily shared a photo of herself posing near the beach as she promoted her swimwear collaboration with Mirror Palais.
A post showing EmRata in a cheeky bikini and photographed by Mirror Palais founder Marcelo Gaia saw a fan challenge Emily over her status as a feminist. The response ignited a debate about double standards as Emily continues to use her sex appeal to sell her brand, even though sales of the collaboration may not suffer as a result.
Stunning In Bikini On Brazilian Beach
The collaboration, inspired by Brazilian beach culture, brought Emily to Rio de Janeiro.
Posing back to the camera from a high deck overlooking the beautiful beach and ocean waters, Emily showed off her famous frame in a tiny two-piece. Modeling a green and white string bikini with a halterneck design and thong finish, the London-born sensation drew attention to her peachy rear and toned legs, showing off her slim back as Marcelo bent down to capture her.

Emily turns slightly to face the camera, then back in both photo and video mode for a better view of her plunging bikini. Flaunting her hard cleavage and abs, EmRata wowed in the gallery, one captioned:
“We are almost sold out of the collection! Thanks to everyone who bought and to the amazing @mirrorpalais and @inamoratawoman team. We are working on restocking ASAP. In the meantime, shop our remaining stock and sign up for @inamoratawoman email alerts. We love you all!”
The reception was very mixed. “A feminist,” commented one fan, with the comment setting off many replies.
‘A Feminist’
Looks like Emily got lucky. Users came out to defend the swimwear designer, with one fan writing: “What does wearing a bikini on the beach have to do with feminism?”
Pointing out that Emily is embracing her femininity through her decision to wear whatever she wants, another chimed in, saying: “Why do you see a problem with a woman having the autonomy to decide what to do with her own body? this is what feminism preaches, freedom and autonomy women.” Meanwhile, a third fan noted that feminism is actually about “empowering women” and that “enabling people to make the wrong choices” is the opposite of empowerment.
Stuns In New Bikini Promo
Emily has since been posting to Inamorata’s IG to promote new pieces from her brand. In her latest share, the brunette flaunts her toned frame in a skimpy blue bikini as she poses next to a giant ceramic pot.
The November 24 post is also offering fans a 50% discount to celebrate Black Friday.
