It didn’t take long for Emily Ratajkowski to get fan comments when she got into double trouble with a girlfriend from the beach last month.
Posting to Instagram in early December 2023, the supermodel made it Hot Girl Summer in winter, showing off her sensational figure in a tiny bikini and enjoying a Turks and Caicos vacation with friend Tina. In a photo showing both women stepping out in thong swimwear, Emily reminded fans that the “thong only 2024” prediction may come true. He even got a naughty nickname from one of his fans.

Scroll for photos. Leaving little to the imagination, Emily showed off her toned rear and long legs in a printed, red and orange bikini with a barely-there finish. Also drawing attention to her toned back and shoulders, the Inamorata founder opted for two pieces from the brand she founded in 2017, with friend Tina modeling a similarly skimpy bikini in a multi-coloured fabric. All cheeks, Emily posed with a bit of sand covering her lower body, and apparently a fan noticed.

Wearing her long dark hair down, Emily gazed out at the stunning ocean bay as she spent quality time with her friend. In the caption, he wrote: “Turks and Tina.”
Fans have left the 32-year-old over 800,000 likes. “Is there more to this story?” asked a fan. “Looks like you found a beach friend. Don’t forget to clean up the sand at the end of the day! Then you can get pizza and popsicles…,” wrote another. Meanwhile, a third fan called Emily “Sandy Cheeks.”
The photo has opened a gallery, with further images showing a closer shot of the back, plus Emily and Tina having fun in the waves.
Bikini In The Kitchen
The response was less than stellar last summer when Emily uploaded this photo of herself in a cheeky thong bikini. Posing from a farmhouse-style kitchen, the swimwear designer drew flak from fans, who shamed her for baring as a mother and questioned her feminist edge. “Imagine if your mother would run around the house like this. What do you think of him?” one fan asked, with 600+ others agreeing.
More users liked the answer that read: “Why are you complaining about objectifying your body when your entire Instafeed is you objectifying your entire body?”
“Does she ever wear clothes?” another user asked with a facepalm emoji.
The Last Laugh
Emily may have faced criticism for her minimal appearance, but she won. Her Inamorata brand continues to grow, her portfolio of modeling gigs expands, and her podcast remains popular. EmRata currently features brands including Versace, Tory Burch, Kerastase, Marc Jacobs and Viktor & Rolf.
