Erika Jayne Accused Of Extortion In New Lawsuit By Designer

Erika Jayne’s ambitions to become a Vegas showgirl may be on hold due to some legal trouble.

The television personality, who recently introduced her Las Vegas residency titled “Bet It All On Blonde,” is facing a lawsuit from a clothing dealer. He claims she was part of a fraudulent scheme against him, as outlined in a lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California on Tuesday.

Erika Jayne Is Slammed With New Allegations of Fraud Against Celebrity Designers

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Christopher Psaila, co-owner of Hollywood clothing firm Marco Marco, has accused Jayne and her estranged husband, Tom Girardi, of employing the Secret Service to take unfair legal action against her in 2017. This is allegedly done with the intention of seeking a refund of nearly $800,000 from American Express.

Psaila insisted that the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star previously gave her and her store permission to charge her credit card for the clothes she created and supplied for her show.

According to the lawsuit, she claims that the “Pretty Mess” singer and her two assistants were fully aware that they had legally purchased clothing and services from her and her company.

However, the designer declared that they intentionally misrepresented the situation to both federal agents and the credit card company, falsely asserting that the charges made to his card were unauthorized.

Going further, Psaila stated that the Secret Service conducted an irresponsible investigation into the allegations made by Jayne and his team, deliberately ignoring important facts that could clear his name.

His lawsuit further alleges that several current and former Secret Service agents, including Robert Savage, Kenneth Henderson, and Steve Scarince, intentionally suppressed evidence that could have led to his acquittal at trial or prevented his indictment. The 70-page suit explains in part:

“This case illustrates the corruption of the federal judicial system. Secret Service and [the] The United States should never have presented the case to a grand jury for indictment, and never proceeded with the prosecution.”

Although Savage, the former head of the Los Angeles Secret Service office, has denied involvement with the 52-year-old and Girardi, Psaila insists that he was bribed to open a criminal investigation and press charges against him.

Additionally, she insists that she cannot dispute the reality star’s claim that her credit card was charged without her consent. He claimed that American Express [AMEX] returned more than $787,000 to the estranged couple, and allegedly told the Secret Service that the pop star was the victim of fraud.

It is worth noting here that the plaintiff, who maintains his innocence, faced nine charges, including aggravated identity theft and wire fraud charges, in 2017. However, four years later, federal prosecutors decided to drop the case against him.

The ‘One Hot Pleasure’ Artist Made Netizens Go Round After He Posted THIS Photo

Earlier this week, fans showed their displeasure when Jayne uploaded a nude photo that showed off her upper body. As The Blast reports, the reality star has posed for a photoshoot with several images featuring her in form-fitting clothing that highlights her significant weight loss.

However, the standout shot comes in a solo slide and it showcases her using a large silver sleeve and bracelet to cover her breasts. She completed the sultry look with heavy eye makeup and oversized hoop earrings, allowing her platinum blonde hair to cascade down the side of her face.

Despite getting almost 20,000 likes since it was posted, the picture also drew negative responses in the comments section. While one commenter told her that she doesn’t really need to be naked to attract people, another she “takes this picture!”

A critical voice asked, “Needs attention, doesn’t it?” and a fourth declared, “I’m sorry Erica, this was just wrong. No, no, girl.”
