Reality star Erika Jayne recently responded to Jennifer Lawrence’s comment that she is a “mean” person. The reality star recently spoke with Andy Cohen and invited Lawrence to come and “mix it up” with the “Housewives,” and then they can “open up the ugly side of her personality.”
During a recent interview, Lawrence said that Jayne needs to get “a publicist ASAP” and said she’s concerned with how “boring” the 12th season of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” has become. This season has heavily documented the legal troubles of Jayne and her estranged ex, Tom Girardi.

During a recent appearance on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” (via Page Six), Jayne dismisses Lawrence’s comments about her, the show, and the insults. He said, “You know, it’s easy to label people when they’re at their lowest through something in real time on television.”
The reality star later invited Lawrence to join the show sometimes, saying, “But anytime she wants to come down and mix with us, I’m sure we can open up the ugly side of her personality as well.” Host Cohen laughed at how honest Jayne was when she spoke to Lawrence.

He said, “Look, he didn’t flinch when he said it.” Michael Rapaport was also a guest during the interview, and he nodded his head along with Jayne’s statement, apparently agreeing with her words.

In several interviews, Lawrence has explained that she is a huge fan of the “Housewives” franchise and follows every show religiously. During a recent interview with Diversity at the Toronto International Film Festival, Lawrence talked about the latest season of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” especially Erika Jayne.

He said, “My biggest problem with this season is that it’s just boring and I think Erika is evil. I’d go so far as to say, she needs a publicist ASAP.” Lawrence also shared her concern that season 12 was “boring” and needed something new.
The “Silver Linings Playbook” actress also suggested that the other housewives help Jayne realize how bad her behavior is. Her “Causeway” co-star Brian Henry is also a fan of the franchise but declined to share his thoughts on Jayne and the show. He said, “Don’t drag me into this, I don’t want Dorinda or Erika coming for me, we’re good.”

Reality Show Has Documented His Legal Trouble
“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” has heavily documented Jayne and her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s legal troubles since Girardi was sued in 2020. The former lawyer was charged with allegedly embezzling settlement money from the families of Lion Air plane crash victims.

Last month, a Los Angeles court found “no evidence of wrongdoing” on Jayne’s part and ruled that she was not guilty in a $5 million lawsuit for aiding and abetting Girardi’s crimes. However, the reality star will still face a $25 million civil lawsuit.
Shortly after news of the judge’s decision broke, Jayne took a screenshot of the article by Page Six about his legal victory and posted it on his Instagram. She captioned the post, “Thank you to my friends who have stood by me. All I ask for is time and understanding.”
Erika Jayne Denies All Allegations And Is Cooperating
Jayne has repeatedly denied any knowledge of Girardi’s crimes before his arrest and has claimed no wrongdoing. During the interview with Page Six in May, he revealed that he had been “cooperating… fully” with authorities and all legal proceedings.

The reality star also noted that “of course, he has empathy” for the victims of Girardi’s crime. He said, “Of course I have empathy for them. I had empathy for them then, and I have empathy for them now. And I believe that they will be taken care of.”
Later in the interview, Jayne said, “Listen, I want to be very clear here: I’ve fully cooperated with everything. Even if what’s in a blog or a tweet or anything on social media, please understand that I have cooperated fully.”
