Erika Jayne continued to turn around with her thin frame. The reality star, 51, made headlines in 2023 for slimming down and seeing fans accuse her of using the weight loss drug Ozempic, and the comments about the controversial drug certainly hit home in this Instagram shared comment.
Posting to her 2 million+ followers this month, Erika sizzled in a mini dress that skimmed her thighs. Strapping her shoulders while showing off her svelte body, the Bravo star slayed the game style, but fans were quick to shout “Ozempic” as they left a reply.
Looks Different Today
Looking phenomenal, but definitely a shadow of her former self, Erika posed in a plunging braless mini dress with spaghetti straps while standing on a tiled floor and near an indoor planter.
Crossing her legs while showing off her cleavage, the blonde put one hand on her hip, here drawing attention to her very slim waist. Also showing off her petite arms and shoulders, Erika exuded a confident energy, also upping her style game as her long-legged mini dress featured sheer body panels.

That Ozempic comment
This is not the first time Erika has drawn comments about Ozempic. “The real housewives of Ozempic,” said one fan, as 280 others liked the comment. Also getting likes was a user who simply wrote: “Ozempic.”
“Omg weight loss. Please stop exercising/dieting,” wrote a third fan, here choosing not to mention the drug the Kardashians are also allegedly using. But they keep coming. “Queen Ozempic!!” fans further stated. Meanwhile, Erika denied that she used the drug to lose weight, instead blaming menopause.
Speaking to Bravo host Andy Cohen in August, Erika admitted to being slimmer. “Yes, I lost weight,” he said. “What is this. Let me start by saying, you know, I want to make sure that I’m not triggering anyone because we’re having this conversation in Beverly Hills and we have cast members who have eating disorders,’” she continued.
When Erika says that she’s losing weight “hormonally,” Andy prompts her: “‘Not Ozempic’s ally?”

Erika replied: “I’m going through menopause.”
