A zoo is a wonderful place, where we can explore nature very closely. Today, zoos are becoming more sophisticated and better places for animals. If we see zoos developed in the past, they were quite cruel to animals. At that time, the animals were not placed in a suitable environment in the zoo and also the things did not suit the interests of the animals.
But nowadays, the scenario has changed a lot. Today’s zoos do great work for animals while conducting research on animals, learning about their habitats, eating and sleeping patterns, and more. It says they care more about animal care at the best level.
I am also interested in getting information about animals, how they live, what they eat, how they sleep, and what they do. Different animals have different lifestyles. By visiting a zoo, we can explore such things easily and safely because the animals are kept in cages. Not only animals but there are also birds and insects in the zoo. I believe that the zoo is a good and interesting place to visit for all of us. There are animals, birds, and insects that we can see in the zoo. By visiting the zoo, we can learn a lot and get a lot of information. Of course, we cannot visit the national park with family and children because it is risky. But the zoo is a safe place to visit. At the same time, they are also happy for children to see animals, birds, and insects.
It is winter. My friend and I are planning to visit the zoo, which is only 10 km from my house. It is a wonderful picnic to visit the zoo. My friend’s younger brother was also with us who was only 10 years old at the time. He is very excited to visit the zoo and watch the activities of animals and birds.
Before going to the zoo, we had breakfast and then started the journey. We went there by car. We got to the zoo at 9am. When we approached the main gate, there was a crowd there. We went to the ticket counter, where I stood in line to buy tickets for the three of us.
I saw other people standing around me, some of them using their phones, while others were discussing what they were going to do once they entered the zoo. It was a thrilling atmosphere in my surroundings.
After buying the ticket, we entered the zoo. First, we saw a beautiful lake, where many aquatic birds such as geese and ducks were swimming. They look so charming. As we moved further, they were some flying birds, which were kept there.
These are eagles, sparrows, pigeons, and sparrows. There are many different types of these flying birds to see. They chirped. The atmosphere seems like an enchanting music. My friend’s sister really enjoyed these moments.
Visit to the Zoo Composition
In the next section, we see some animals, such as lions, tigers, tigresses and leopards. Their roar was loud. They are kept in a strong cage so that they cannot get out of it and harm anyone. We approached the net, where we saw a lion rushing towards us. We became afraid. But they don’t harm us at all.
After that, we entered a beautiful park, where animals like deer, stags, etc., frolicked. They look beautiful. On one side of the park, we came across several baboons and monkeys jumping up a large tree. Their teasing and trickery is delightful. I saw some children there, who were teasing this animal.
Our next section is a large and elegant aquarium. It is a place, where we all want to go with great curiosity. There are many aquatic birds in the aquarium. We also saw that different species of fish have different colors and patterns on their bodies. They were frolicking in the water, which was a fun sight. We also saw crocodiles in the pool, next to the aquarium. There was also a hippopotamus in the pool next to the crocodile.
There is also a section, where snakes and lizards of various types and species are kept. They are all in a safe place. We are excited to see them in their cages. After wandering for about 3 hours, we were all tired. So, we decided to sit in the park for some time and rest. There is a cafeteria near the park, where we have snacks and drinks. The food was really good, which made our picnic even more enjoyable.
In the end, I just want to say that it is not easy to describe all parts of the zoo in detail. So, we had fun there. It was a good and memorable experience for all of us, especially for my younger brother as it was his first visit to the zoo. Around 3pm, we rushed to our respective homes.
