The ex-girlfriend of disgraced New Jersey Senator Bob Menendez allegedly participated in an orgy with pedophile Jeffrey Epstein and an underage girl, newly released court documents allege.
Gwendolyn Beck, 65, a longtime associate of Epstein was singled out by his victim Virginia Giuffre in a January 2016 deposition, the transcript of which was finally made public on Tuesday.
As part of the deposition, Giuffre was given a list of names and asked which names he was not trafficked to as a teenager.
“Number 7, Gwendolyn Beck,” he replied, according to the transcript. “I wasn’t traded to him, he was just part of the trade.”
A lawyer asked Giuffre about Beck’s involvement, and the victim replied: “He was involved in some debauchery.”
The attorney then asked Giuffre “what gentlemen were involved in the orgy with you and Ms. Beck?”
“As far as I can remember, Jeffrey Epstein,” he replied.

Beck did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Her relationship with Epstein has been well documented, although this is the first time she has been accused of any wrongdoing.

Beck was previously pictured with Epstein and his wife Ghislaine Maxwell at former President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate in 1995.
She was also pictured five years later at a Florida ranch with Epstein, Prince Andrew and Trump’s then-girlfriend Melania Knauss.
His 2014 campaign for Congress was even supported by a $12,600 donation from Epstein — his only political contribution that year, according to Arlington Now.

Beck said at the time he asked a number of billionaires in his Rolodex for donations, and received one from Epstein for “forgiveness”, following the financier’s conviction for having sex with a minor and subsequent prison sentence in Florida.
“I haven’t spoken to him personally in years,” he told the outlet.
“During my years at Morgan Stanley (starting in 1995), I managed some of his investment funds (about $65 million) and got to know him personally.
“Although the press has labeled him a ‘mystery man’ because they can’t explain how he makes his money, it’s mostly a combination of real estate and complex derivatives,” Beck said.
He continued: “At the time, he had a girlfriend he was very close to, and was a hard-working, thoughtful guy (he came from a poor background and made a lot of money quickly).
“I think he went off the deep end when he left (I left Morgan Stanley at this time and have no relationship with them), and engaged in such bad behavior that he got therapy and paid for his time in prison.”

Beck said he was “strongly opposed [to] and was shocked by his behavior” but said he was “paying his debt to society.
“Despite his human flaws, he can be a great asset to our country because he understands finance on a level that most people cannot,” he added.
What we know about Jeffrey Epstein’s list of 170 associates
- On Wednesday, documents were released naming 170 associates of accused sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. The list includes Michael Jackson, magician David Copperfield, Stephen Hawking, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and former President Bill Clinton – who one of Epstein’s victims said “likes them young, referring to girls.”
- Disgraced royal Prince Andrew, a well-known friend of Epstein, was named in the document and was previously sued by Epstein’s accuser Virginia Giuffre, who accused Andrew of sexually misconducting her. According to a royal family expert, the Firm “will stand by” the Duke of York “no matter what.”
- Epstein’s former lawyer and friend, Alan Dershowitz, defended the multi-millionaire sex offender’s associate, saying: “None of us knew about his private life until he kept it a secret.” Dershowitz, who is on the list, added that no one should be automatically convicted in the court of public opinion simply for appearing in court documents.
- Epstein’s brother, Mark Epstein, told The Post that the former businessman said he could overturn the 2016 election based on what he knew about both Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton: “Here’s a direct quote: ‘If I say what I know about both. candidates, they have to cancel the election.’ That’s what Jeffrey told me in 2016.”
- Only some of the 170 names and their connections to Epstein have been released. The remainder of the document will likely become public record over the next week.

Beck, who ran on a platform of being “fiscally responsible, socially inclusive” and in favor of a “strong national defense,” ultimately lost the Virginia race to Democrat Don Beyer after garnering just 2.7% of the vote.
She previously worked as vice president of investments for Morgan Stanley, according to her LinkedIn profile, and in May 2010, she began dating Sen. Menendez.

The banker posed with him in the Dominican Republic — a photo that would later be used in the senator’s 2015 corruption trial.
It’s unclear whether she was aware of Beck’s relationship with Epstein while they were dating.
Menendez was accused at the time of receiving lavish treatment from a Medicare fraud doctor who asked Menendez to obtain visas for his group of mistresses; to intervene in audits that would prevent him from ripping off taxpayers; and to stop Customs and Border Patrol interfering with its side hustle inspection cargo at Dominican Republic ports.
Menendez denied the charges and called them a conspiracy by overstepping the bounds of prosecutors.
But he now faces charges of taking gold bullion and bribery and stashing hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash around his home in return for using his “power and influence” – including his position as chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee – to benefit the Egyptian Government and two local businessmen.
He again denied the allegations.
